Job description, responsibilities and duties

Assures Work Security and Labor Law compliance, contributes to Personal Strategy by managing the company's regulations and actions in line with AmRest Core Values and manages all financial liabilities based on labor and civil contracts and delivers all neccessary information needed for cost of labor management.

Your challenges:

• Monitors legal requirements and based on this creates, updates and promotes all neccessary internal tools (policies, procedures, regulations, trainings, internal consulting) and follows-up with its execution
• Acts as HR Business Partner for office employees
• Delivers administrative service on every step of employment (hiring, working, dismissing) for all employees and co-workers according to the SLA agreed
• Liases with all external bodies which are eligible to audit and control AmRest labor law compliance and work security (National Labor Inspectorate, Auditors, Tax Chambers, Labor Courts)
• Oversees compliance & payroll services run by external company
• Builds a strong AmRest culture around Core Values within the team and is a role model for others. Espouses our values and drives positive energy
• Ensures labour law and payroll compliance in line with country specific legislation
• Cooperates closely with PL based HQ in developing and implementing reward strategy for Czech market

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience on a similar position, ideally within a corporate environment
• Excellent knowledge of labour law, regulations and payroll area
• Knowledge about HR processes
• Very good knowledge of English is required
• Knowledge of Polish language will be an asset
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills
• Ability to work in international, fast changing environment
• Can do attitude
