Back Office Coordinator
Location: Prague



Key activities:

  • Support sales activities of Account Managers with focus on the following activities:
  • Tracking of incentives and promotions
  • Prepares data for research/ analytics on account dynamics and (qualification) performances
  • Work in consultative and supportive manner with Account Managers to fulfil the business needs of their Key Accounts
  • Advise the Back Office Team Leader and General Manager on market dynamics and emerging issues
  • Support the creation and adaptation of Sales, Marketing and Communication materials in local languages
  • Support business conduct activities and local projects
  • 90% of time spent in local office for activities described above

Candidate’s profile:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent education
  • 1 year experience in back office or sales function (B2B or B2C)
  • Experience in Direct Selling Industry / Sales is a plus
  • Very good communication skills
  • Native language skills in Czech, knowledge of English
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Affinity for numbers
  • Sensible to different cultural circumstances
  • Ability to resolve issues in pragmatic manner
