Back Office Coordinator
Location: Prague
Key activities:
- Support sales activities of Account Managers with focus on the following activities:
- Tracking of incentives and promotions
- Prepares data for research/ analytics on account dynamics and (qualification) performances
- Work in consultative and supportive manner with Account Managers to fulfil the business needs of their Key Accounts
- Advise the Back Office Team Leader and General Manager on market dynamics and emerging issues
- Support the creation and adaptation of Sales, Marketing and Communication materials in local languages
- Support business conduct activities and local projects
- 90% of time spent in local office for activities described above
Candidate’s profile:
- Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent education
- 1 year experience in back office or sales function (B2B or B2C)
- Experience in Direct Selling Industry / Sales is a plus
- Very good communication skills
- Native language skills in Czech, knowledge of English
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Affinity for numbers
- Sensible to different cultural circumstances
- Ability to resolve issues in pragmatic manner
