Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Responsible for import, logistics and contracts with suppliers, manufacturers and buiness partners (especially construction elements, furniture and home accessories) from countries such as UK, Italy, France, Belgium and Holland and export to the West European countries
* Managing entrusted tasks and creative thinking to find business and marketing strategies for the company
* Responsibility for the assigned budget and sales results in the region of Slovakia, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland
* Maintaining relationships with business partners and finding new business partners and opportunities
* Responsibility for negotiating and concluding regional agreements concerning supporting sales activity with all local customers
* Track order status, management and regular reporting

Personality requirements and skills
* At least a few years experience in the Senior Sales position in the field of goods, production of building interiors, customized furniture, quality control, production and delivery deadlines, import of luxurious design furniture and interior accessories, or experience with the production of jewelry
* Ability to manage stress, enthusiasm and motivation, confidence and risk taking;
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Strong customer orientation, ability to decide quickly and focus on the results
* Positive thinking, ability to motivate employees
* 1-2 days a week it is necessary to attend meetings in BA
* Knowledge of languages: English (fluency needed) and German (good knowledge required), Italian and French (advantage)
