Job description, responsibilities and duties
The main purpose of the role is to generate sales and to grow sales profitably across the PEMCO (Passive, Electromechanical and Connector) line card within a defined geographic region or customer base, through a combination of commercial and technical engagement with customers and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
• to develop and execute customers technical/commercial PEMCO strategy in conjunction with the Account Managers
• project identification at earliest stage of the design cycle
• to influence customer to choose key design in PEMCO technologies from Arrow line card
• co-ordination of Arrow’s PEMCO resource and supplier resources to maximise product offering across all PEMCO technologies
• to project manage customer engagement from concept up to and including order placement
• to develop customer relationships at all levels
• to develop strong relationships with strategic suppliers
Key responsibilities include:

- Strong sales and technical awareness
- Good market knowledge and minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Drive for results and achievement of targets
- High level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
- Excellent communication skills suitable for both internal and external communities
- Good in building strong and effective relationships both internally and externally
- Can effectively cope with change and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to the demand of a high pressure commercial environment
- English mandatory both verbal and written
