Responsible to
Regional Director in Poland and Board of Directors in Slovak republic.

Summary of primary job functions
This officer is responsible to builds business by identifying and selling prospects in southern part of the Poland; maintaining relationships with clients. Responsible for establishing and executing major goals and objectives for the organization. Implements policies established by the board of directors. Provides leadership, direction and guidance of Organization’s activities. Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of all organization operations. Develops and maintains organizational structure and effective personnel. Coordinates major activities through subordinates and appraises assigned personnel. Represents the Organization to regulatory bodies, other agencies, community and civic organizations, donors, funders and supporters, and the general public.

Duties and responsibilities

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options,
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions,
• Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members,
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements,
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors,
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information,
• Directs and oversees short and long term strategic plans,
• Provides leadership to organization personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication,
• Conducts staff meetings to disseminate pertinent information,
• Delegates authority and responsibility to managerial staff,
• Oversees the preparation of office procedure manuals, outlining specific duties and area responsibilities,
• Maintains an effective and cost efficient office environment,
• Maintains full awareness of the complete financial, statistical, and accounting records of the organization.

Knowledge, skills and abilities
• 5 or more years of industry experience in sales and administrative management experience in a related sector,
• Knowing all business aspects of the Polish market is important,
• Education - University degree,
• Demonstrate strong skills in project management, verbal and written communications, problem-solving, time management and meeting strict deadlines and leadership abilities,
• Strategic planning and implementation experience,
• Ability to speak POLISH and Slovak or Czech language,
• Good Proficiency in the use of computer and standard office software.
