Working Hours: 24/7 (Morning shift, Afternoon Shift, Evening shift, Night Shift based on the business need)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answer in-coming support related phone calls as the first line of contact for the company
• Provide support for all U VERSE products
• Maintain positive customer satisfaction and relationship
• Handle inquiries related to service, coverage, features, devices, accessories, repair & troubleshooting, billing, service activations and changes...

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate

Key requirements leading to success:

• Advanced English language skills on B2/C1 level
• A logical mind-set and a passion for problem solving
• Willingness to work working Hours 24/7 (Morning shift, Afternoon Shift, Evening shift, Night Shift based on the business need)
• Basic knowledge of communication technology (e.g. TV, phone, internet...)
• Ability to interact with customers on the phone during problem determination process
• Good organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in multi-cultural global environment
