Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our Managed Security Services (MSS) team in AT&T Brno, Czech Republic, is expanding due to recent projects connected to our new customer who is one of the biggest financial institutes in Europe. MSS team is looking for candidates for the position of Junior Network Security in order to provide fault issue troubleshooting and resolution, service request/change implementation as well as support across a wide scope of vendors with focus on Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper and others. The candidate must also be able to multitask, handle high-pressure situations, possess customer-facing skills and ability to get things done.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managed Security Services (MSS) engineer will support incident as well as change management. Incident management mainly consists of troubleshooting of proactive and reactive tickets generated based on security environment issue. Engineer is supposed to locate the issue and resolve or escalate on higher technical level. Change management is focused on service requests implementation on security devices.
