Scope of responsibilities:
Access Billing Management team is responsible for validating telecom circuit charges, processing invoices for payment, managing internal inventory mismatches and resolving disputes with telecom suppliers for access and backbone circuits in MOW region. Team is using various tools but mainly GAIM, the AT&T inventory and billing tool. For upload of invoices to GAIM, AT&T is using various vendor specific convertors to be able to automate invoice processing as much as possible.
Main Role and Responsibilities:
• Programming and maintaining invoice convertors to be able to upload invoices automatically
• Programming, maintenance user support for web based systems (IDWT, Invoice tracker, Dispute tracker)
• System and user support for inventory and billing system GAIM
• Power-User to support system updates and inventory updates
• System testing and development
• Creating and maintaining user access
• System testing and development
• Reporting
• Updating tooling related DLPs

• High Level, fluent English language communication skills are required including proficient writing ability.
Other skills:
• 2 years of VBA programming skills- advanced level
• 2 years of experience with Database management- SQL advanced level
• Experience with Project management and outsourced systems support (IBM systems)
• PHP programming advanced is an advantage
• 2 years Web development experience
• Experience with reporting and metrics- strong numerical skills
• Experience in expense, billing or financial management
• Experience in process/system management
• Good organizational skills, self-disciplined, systematic approach with good interpersonal skills
• Flexible, Analytical mind, Problem solver
• Strong knowledge of AT&T process environment - Knowledge of AT&T Telecom supplier billing and ordering tools and processes is an advantage
