Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsible for partnering with business leaders to identify and quantify business opportunities to develop and implement information technology business solutions in collaboration with a project team, regarding data quality improvements for information technology assets. Performs strategic assessment and planning in order to determine the need for improvements, develops strategies and solutions recommendations, provides detailed and documented requirements necessary to implement change and traces initial requirements through to final implementation.

Personality requirements and skills
• Strong understanding of information technology and technical knowledge for Storage (SAN, NAS, Backup and Recovery, etc.)
• Basic understanding of information technology and technical knowledge for Servers (physical and virtual), Database and Cloud computing
• Ability to collaborate with others to assess processes, tools and strategies used to maintain data accuracy
• Ability to make recommendations for controls/standards
• Ability to provide project coordination for large and/or complex projects
• Ability to assess tools/processes for continuous improvement opportunities
• Responsible for managing large volume of work
• Basic understanding of data mining (profiling) and overall data quality
• Ability to provide analysis and trending
• Solid functional ability of computing applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills, and On-line collaboration tools, such as ATT Connect, T-meeting, Q and others
• Ability to communicate (in English) understands, and collaborate technical information verbally and in written form, concise technical information and details
• Inter and Intra organizational communication is required, in order to provide feedback, recommendations, ideas for improvement and escalations
• Must be self-motivated, with excellent can-do attitude and have the ability to perform effectively in a stressful environment
• Degree in Computer Science, Business and/or Technology related discipline with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a Telecommunications Operations environment
