Quality Auditing and Reporting Specialist

Working hours equivalent to US time zone (CST) and EMEA

The role of the Specialist for Quality Auditing Reporting is to evaluate the AT&T ITO MR Asset Inventory for completeness and work to update/correct as necessary to maintain Data Integrity of Inventory.

This role will collect and analyze data from many AT&T proprietary systems and the compare/contrast the data to evaluate the overall data integrity. Where there are discrepancies in the data validity, the Data Integrity Asset Analyst will work to investigate the corrective information from other systems, client interviews, and/or vendor data reconciliation. Additionally, reports are produced monthly expressing the quality of the data integrity as well as other miscellaneous reporting to meet business needs.

The skill set for this position includes experience with procurement procedures and data analysis skills to review, update, and analyze hardware asset inventories. The incumbent will work with managers both within Asset Management as well as client in other organizations to analyze asset data and rectify issues as well as develop analysis / reports on the overall asset data. This managers data update decisions can affect millions of dollars of assets in multiple locations as well as maintenance support needs.

This role requires:
- a broad knowledge of data analysis and reporting skills and possess strong investigative stills as well as having excellent communication
- skills to accompany the analysis skills for this position
- very versatile with Excel (advanced user); Access skills are a benefit. Administrative responsibilities include projecting, tracking, and reporting asset inventory and evaluation of asset data for correction / update.
