Job description, responsibilities and duties
r. Specialist will be responsible for Maintenance Inventory Management for a very large and complex Outsourcing Service Line which will include Data Inventory Defect Analysis and Correction Activities and Analysis of Asset Management Values. Report Creation and presentation of issues with suggested corrective actions to key LCM Team members and /or Service Delivery personnel will be necessary to ensure Clients’ Assets are under Global Vendor Management (GVM) Maintenance at the Appropriate Costs and Coverage Levels. Special Projects and assignments as necessary.
Support both the existing Managed Services and Outsourcing/Network Sourcing Service Lines and clients and the transition of new
- Audit and convert clients’ hardware inventory to Global Vendor Management (GVM) manual and/or automated maintenance support
- Analyze inventory data quality and identify deficiencies
- Work with various teams to ensure data improvement and drive adherence to quality
- Validate compliance to contracts
- Provide analysis and reporting at both an account and supplier level
