• Execute a large range of different client requests to change data /or obtain reports from HRMS following highest data quality standards
• Review and prioritize incoming requests and help others to prioritize and improve their responses
• Respond to client email queries within 24 or 48 SLA response time (based on type of request)
• Analyze and improve system processing issues (this includes working with our Vendor to test fixes made to HRMS data base).
• Lead (sub) projects to improve our team & system effectiveness (e.g. regularly review, maintain and optimize the usage of the teams ticketing system)

Information about the selection process

HR Reporting Specialist has access to HR core sensitive data in the HRMS database (Oracle/PeopleSoft) for 12500 employees from 55 countries. The reporting specialist core duty is to aggregate sensitive data and design, develop and produce value-added HR reports for HR, line managers and top executives of the organization.
Other duties include responding to general email client queries from managers or HR related to HRMS database. The queries are either (1) to enter data changes or (2) to provide meaningful complex/standard reports from the system. Drafting education documents and user guides, execute system training and providing system support or troubleshooting system issues.
The candidate will use their vast client experience and know-how of best practice of data management to handle project work for improving the effectiveness of data handling across our HR team.

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, complex reports, VBA Macros etc.)
• Basic to medium programming skill (SQL queries)
• Oracle/PeopleSoft experience
• Experienced with handling complex HR /or finance management systems and working with customer queries
• Minimum 2+ years of reporting preferably in HR
• Excellent organizational skill
• Innovative
• Project management skills and ability to drive results under competing priorities
• Handle large volumes and find the right balance between speed and accuracy
• Self-sufficient and pro-active & able to work remotely managed under limited supervision
• Fluent English
• Detailed focus, precise
• Analytical, organized and well structured,
• Very good communication skills
• Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines
• IT or Managerial university degree (Master) - as an advantage
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience
• Or undergraduate degree but an extensive record of experience in similar positions
