Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The incumbent will build API workflows that communicate with many services using the Talend Open Studio Enterprise Service Bus software. Responsible for development and/or delivery of GCS BizOps related applications as part of an Agile development team engaged in highly-visible projects within the GDA organization in AT&T.
The incumbent will build APIs based on business requirements. The developer will use skills in Java, web services, and API structures to create workflows that will pull data from a wide range of services across AT&T, manipulate the data, and return the data in a highly-structured format. Will be required to adhere to the principles of scrum (honesty, openness, and transparency) in all work. May be required to collaborate with other teams within the organization to deliver product documentation.
Familiarity with and experience in Java and Web Services, including REST and SOAP APIs. Comprehensive understanding of English with strong written communication skill required.
