Customer Support with fluent Polish

Who we are looking for?

We are now recruiting candidates for Customer Support position with fluent Polish language.
We are looking for a professional who will ensure maximal customer satisfaction and timely cash collection by prompt customer claims & requests handling, professional communication with the customers, proper invoicing and ensuring efficient goods flow.

Responsibilities
  • Invoicing
  • Communicating product availability and price list information to customers
  • Registering customer orders and service jobs
  • Ordering goods from external/ internal suppliers
  • Administrating the product delivery to customers according to the order acknowledgment
  • Actively monitoring open orders (including advising sales engineer/business line manager about delays to stipulate replacement when needed)
  • Receiving and handling claims
  • Monitoring of stock levels

Personality requirements and skills

* Polish (fluent/native) + English (advanced) + Slovak (advantage)
* At least secondary education with leaving examination is a must
* 2 years of experience in communication with customers preferred
* PC skills: MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel
* Good planning and follow up skills, ability to prioritize work and work under pressure
* Good communication and organizing skills
* Team player
* Ability to handle claims and conflicts
* Proactive, open minded personality with can-do approach
* Willingness and strong drive to learn new things
