Job description, responsibilities and duties

We looking for a person with strong IT background who will be maximize the customer satisfaction on our service quality and capability with providing efficient and professional software support and professional consultancy.

*Solving of SW TN data problems of customers in CZ - personally and remotely
*Support Synatec and other SW implementations at customer site CZ, IT SW projects handling
*Technical support of MVI/GI sales and PMM during negotiations about SW Synatec
*Technical support of PM SW (Synatec) specialist in performing of SW sales strategy
*SW Training of new service technicians, customer trainings

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Computer scientist or automation engineering

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

C# - Advanced
.NET - Advanced
SQL - Advanced

Driving licence

*Experience in creating .NET applications using C# or VB, deep DB implementation and configuration knowledges (Oracle, SQL) and IT implementations, server systems, networks, data processing technology and process control
* Independent, structured and analytical approach, experience with software development projects and in the automotive sector / in automation technology advantageous
*Commintment, understand customer requirements and able to convert them in solutions
