Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Human Resources manager plays a key role in customer centre management team and reports to the General Manager. It requires an experienced, systematic, enthusiastic personality with sound understanding of both bussines and its link to people management processes.The successful candidate will drive all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes in order to support bussines needs and ensure the proper implementation of people management strategy and objectives.

Mission
Proactively develop and manage human resources activities in the organization in line with the people management strategy as well as business strategy of the organization, provide methodical support to the management of the organization in the area of people management and lead the HR team.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and manage human resources activities in the organization in line with the people management strategy as well as business strategy of the organization
- Provide methodical support to the management of the organization in the area of people management and lead the HR team
- Responsibility for preparing and communication of the internal policies and procedures in the area of people management
- Coach, lead, mentor and support managers and employees on people management topics
- Support managers in recruitment activities including cooperation with external partners
- Responsibility for managing personnel administration of the employees in cooperation with external and internal partners in the respective countries of Eastern Europe
- Advise managers from all bussines areas on Slovak labour legislation related issues
- Coordinate the performance and competence development review process within the organization
- Drive Employer Branding and Social media projects.
- Manage and support training and development activities & programs in cooperation with managers
- Follow legislation in the area of labour and social security in the whole region of Eastern Europe, occupational health and safety and personal data protection in the assigned countries as well as internal rules and policies
- Keep overall HR related Business Reporting responsibility
- Manage and coordinate Global HR projects rollout in the assigned area, actively participate on assigned HR projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

HR focused education preferred

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

- Min. 2 years of experience in HR manager position
- Sound knowledge of Labour legislation in at least one country of Eastern Europe is a must (Slovak preferred)
English - fluent is a must,
- Local language is advantage, preferrably one of those: Slovak, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian
- Good organizational, planning and follow up skills
- Proactivity, ability to prioritize work
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Team player, open minded personality, ability to listen to people
- Leadership skills, experience with leading a team preferred
- Independent, self managed, systematic, enthusiastic individual
- Ability to cooperate and communicate efficiently with colleagues at all levels
- Driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
