Export Sales Manager (fluent Russian speaker)

- conduct market research for each market in region. Distribution, competition, market shares
- plan and execute export strategy consistent with overall aims and requirements of the company
- input Distributors with all relevant information in the Sales Pipeline Tracker
- work with Sales Pipeline Tracker daily and keep it up to date with all relevant information
- establish contact with distributors and sell the product portfolio and the story of the company
- actively support Distributor with marketing activities with the goal to increase sales
- actively work with Distributor to achieve “IDEAL STORE”
- cooperate with Export Sales Manager Team, Export Sales Director, Marketing Manager and Distribution Manager
- manage when needed the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient Cost-effective and lawful execution of all export activities
- maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant export laws and procedures. Tariffs and duties, licences and restrictions
- anticipate, research and report on future changes in export laws in your region to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities
