Job description, responsibilities and duties
Project Management Support is providing support to Project and Program Management. Support to these functions means on one hand administrative support during project lifecycle. On the other hand it covers also support and administration of the tooling for Project and Program managers.
Key tasks and responsibilities:

- Perform administrative tasks related to project and program management
- Assist Project/Program Managers with project execution
- Collect and process project/program data related to reports and metrics
- Create and/or update project/program related documentation (reports, presentations, meeting minutes…)
- Administer Program management related web pages
- Manage and administer Sharepoint documents repository related to projects/programs
- Manage and administer MS Project server/EPM 2010
- Manage and administer Atlassian JIRA
- Introduce changes to Sharepoint/Project server workflows
- Continuously come with the improvement suggestions and enhancements in all areas of responsibility
- Other responsibilities might be assigned by line manager

Personality requirements and skills
- Understanding of project management concepts
- At least theoretical knowledge of project administration is required
- Strong Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office (mainly Excel), Sharepoint
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Atlassian JIRA is an advantage
- Advanced in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical thinking
- Flexibility and pro-active approach
