- Investigate current processes and describe them clearly so our IT department can identify the best solutions to enable growth. How products are purchased, how the invoicing and billing is processed, how monthly results are consolidated and reported.
- Sustainable in-house development. No more ad hoc solutions delivered by various third parties solving only the needs of one team!
