Your mission
- Become an important link between business requestor and delivery team.
- Translate business requests in unambiguous technical requirements to ensure that every message gets delivered to the right user at the right time.
- Work closely with delivery team during messaging campaign implementation and acceptance. Use data from various sources to ensure that our message was received positively by the users.

- You are not a newbie. You have a proven track-record as Business Analyst, or you can demonstrate experience with campaign management systems.

- You are investigator. You know how to ask better questions than Colombo.
- You don’t assume, you simply read what data tells you.
