Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Manages and maintain services (printing, networking, desktop, mobile) within local office and supports user base in wide range of requests and incidents
  • Participate in a wide range of Infrastructure projects to  assist on testing and deployment of new IT solutions
  • Uses organisational and communication skills to cooperate across various departments and to support project from the start to successful release
  • Support internal customers  and business by participating on Task and Incident resolution
  • Provide clear Incident and Task ownership with resolution logged against Infrastructure/Internal systems supported by IT Support
  • Responsibility for tickets categorization, prioritization, update and resolution based on due dates and agreed SLAs
  • Manage own ticket queue in order to maintain quality of the service
  • Desktop/laptop management and operating system installation and workplace preparation
  • Handle internal infrastructure requests and incidents  for HW preparation, Asset mgmt., Access mgmt., AD account management, End User and Solution support
  • Cooperates with all relevant teams in terms of problem solution delivery and resolution alternatives/workarounds suggestions
  • Process documentation, maintain and up to date knowledge base

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Advanced level of English spoken/written
  • Proven experience with IT Operations/IT  Support position
  • Knowledge of ITIL  methodology
  • Background knowledge of Infrastructure and systems layers, HW/SW installations, networking
  • Knowledge of various platforms/ (Windows, Mac OS, Linux)
  • User VPN and CISCO general knowledge
  • Knowledge of Exchange, Group policy, ADUC management
  • Experience in Licence Management  advantage
  • Very good communication skills (professional and assertive communication )
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Self-driven, and reliable
