| Job description, information about the position | - Responsibility for tax matters of the Czech entity (Corporate tax,VAT, WHT issues) - Review of contracts from tax perspective - Identification and assessment of tax risks, proposal of solutions - Maintenance of documentation for company´s as well as tax authority´s purposes - Providing support to the Group tax supervisor - Participation in group tax structure planning, group tax matters - Ad hoc gathering data about tax systems in various tax jurisdictions - Cooperation with external advisors, lawyers |

| Personality pre-requisites, additional requirements | - Min. 2 years in Big 4 – tax department or legal firm - Excellent English (both written and spoken) - Very good knowledge of CZ tax legislation - At least basic knowledge of international taxes - Member of a Chamber of Tax Advisors (or equivalent) is an advantage - Knowledge of international tax environment is an advantage - Knowledge of personal income taxes, social security and health insurance legislation is an advantage - Flexibility and independence - Responsibility and accountability - Ability to work in a fast changing environment |
