Program Manager System & Product Configuration f/m

Your Responsibilities:

• Program / Project Management: requirements management, prioritization, strategic program planning
• Translating business requirements into solution concepts in cooperation with in-house and external service providers taking existing processes/tools (sales process, SFDC, AVL QUOTE, etc.) into account
• Requirements Management: liaison to internal stakeholders (business units, business segments, product management, sales, key users)
• Implementation of system and product configurations in AVL QUOTE
• Coordination of development capacities and implementation of configurations
• Development of the bid and configurator tool AVL QUOTE
• (Key) User training courses

Your Profile:

• Information management, IT, business information systems or similar graduate of a university of applied sciences or university of technology
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Familiar with project management (IT/SW development projects)
• Knowledge of sales processes and the preparation of quotes
• Programming knowledge with regard to SW architecture, data structures
• Understanding of variant management and modular system
• Communication skills and assertiveness
• Confident in conducting negotiations in English
• Sense of responsibility

Annual Remuneration: Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the intended annual gross remuneration(full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR 65.000. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
