Software Development Engineer f/m

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility to support the development of process-orientated calibration solutions for In-Vehicle applications on the basis of existing product platforms and new concept developments
• Requirement to develop and integrate software applications and platforms, GUI development, data post processing, software interfacing, etc.
• Specification and implementation of the elements based on customer stories
• Verification and correction as well as performance optimization and interface design
• Work in innovative teams using the latest agile software methods
• Rapid prototyping on the basis of existing AVL software products
• Expanding in the fields of data mining
• Compliance with AVL software development proces

Your Profile:

• Secondary technical college / university of applied sciences / university of technology or bachelor degree in software development, electronics, mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 2 year professional experience in the software development, especially with UI development
• Skilled in analyzing given code and adapting it to fulfill given requirements
• Native mobile app development experience is an advantage
• Skilled in C++, C#, Java, HTML5
• Vehicle calibration knowledge and experience is an advantage
• Confident in conducting negotiations in English
• Independent approach to work
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High sense of responsibility and goal-orientation
• Self-confidence and smart presentation
• Driving license

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the intended annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR 45.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
