• You are responsible for the entire production line and its 500 or so employees
• Your most important task is to ensure the manufacturing and on time delivery of our high-quality products within budget
• You are responsible for planning and controlling the entire production process and the warehouse management
• Your ongoing tasks include the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, taking lean manufacturing principles into account
• Furthermore your “develop indicator systems” produce reports and optimize manufacturing costs

• You have a degree in technology, having specialized in plastics, production, manufacturing or process technology or engineering
• You can demonstrate management experience in a manufacturing company in the automotive supply industry
• You are familiar with mass production in the metal and plastics industry
• You are accustomed with highly complex production equipment and automotive process operations
• You have experience with quality management systems in accordance to ISO/TS 16949
• You are task driven, showing fast response on deviations and are able to implement all the necessary actions
• Good knowledge of Czech and English language (spoken and written) complete your profile. Knowledge of German language is an advantage.
