Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role and description:
Active sales position in area EU countries – west, middle, east Europe /Germany, France, Italy, CR, Balkan, RU, UA etc./. Responsibility for business activities– acquisition a searching of new business opportunities for B2B business, dealings with current and potential distributors, partners, responsibility for price quotation, assembling of trade offers in cooperation with back office /technical specification, business conditions and other arrangements/, cover of realisation of contract. Participation on business meetings and reporting to managing director.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

We require:
• Secondary / University degree – technical field of study
• practice on active sales position for B2B business for junior position min. 1 year, for senior position min.3 years – preferably
• knowledge of trade in the field of sales of technological units - preferably
• practice on trade in the European countries – required
• technical erudition in the field of technological units – thermal energy - preferably
• eventually practice experience in the field of sales of combustion engines, generators, heat exchangers, control systems, etc.
• very good knowledge of whole B2B business processes including documentation - preferably
• provable results in sales positions
• very good business skills – presentation, negotiation, communication
• knowledge of English language at an advanced level (B2) – written and spoken – for business dealings – required
• knowledge of other European language - preferably
• user’s computer literacy – MS Office, Internet, Outlook, CRM
• driving licence B – active driver
• willingness to travel in area Czech Republic and abroad
• drive, proactive approach, goal-oriented personality
• reliability and responsibility
• workplace and time flexibility
