Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Maintaining contact with various stakeholders and decision makers with existing customers, both at operational level and management level
Resolving escalations
Build-up a solid partnership with the customer
Winning new projects for strategic accounts
Supporting RFQ-process
Negotiation of new contracts (part-price, invests, conditions)
Providing support during project preparation and serial production
Manage the information-flow between customer and the own organization in case of changing needs from the customer
Act as escalation level for product and project related issues
Ensure the proper pass-through of changes in matrix and product prices
Resolving escalations

Technical knowledge of plastics and molds – MUST
Knowledge of project-management within an automotive environment – MUST
Good knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, …)
Fluent knowledge of English language
Knowledge of German language is an advantage
Strong negotiator based on an analytical mindset
Understands well the human factor in a relationship
Strong communicator
Open to travel (Europe)
