Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be responsible for the daily running of our office, which includes the written and oral
communication with our local team, customers, distributors, local officials, bank and our
headquarters in Austria. You will handle the orders from our customers including invoicing,
inventory and logistics. Furthermore you will take care of the cash journal, support our office with
translations of marketing materials as well as the event organization.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Basic
Microsoft Word - Basic

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

You have a strong administrative or economic background with a basic office experience in an
international company. Furthermore we require that you are a reliable, well organized,
responsible and independent person. Good English or German skills are essential.
