As a SUCCESSFUL INDUSTRIAL GROUP, our client is currently looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Director who will monitor and optimise business activities in the CEE/SEE region.
In this key position, you will be responsible for the sales & marketing activities of THREE BRANDS, including the coordination of budget and forecasts, the reviews and the controlling. Managing your local sales teams mainly from your home office, you are also travelling extensively to ensure highly qualified customer care. The optimisation of business development and thus the INCREASE OF EFFICIENCY are part of your professional core tasks. As a Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll also report about business developments to the international headquarters.

Minimum 5-year experience with sales of technical products is a must.
The handling of 3-STAGE SALES ACTIVITIES (B2B experience) is required to succeed.
Prerequisites for the optimal fulfilment of the given tasks are experience in the coordination of INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ACTIVITIES and teams.
LANGUAGE SKILLS in as many of the countries, which are part of the CEE/SEE region, are desired.
We seek the Sales & Marketing person, who possesses a high level of INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCE paired with distinct leadership and team player qualities.
The ability to cope with complex international sales structures as well as professionalism, pragmatism and above all, own-initiative are crucial personality characteristics, which should be featured. PERSUASIVE POWER, solution orientation and the willingness to travel complete the profile.
