Our customer ANDRITZ is a globally leading supplier of plants, equipment and services for the domains Hydro, Pulp & Paper, Metals and Separation. This international technology group is now offering the unique opportunity to DEVELOP THE PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT for the Slovak market at the site in Humenné.

In this diversified and highly strategic position, the future position holder will cooperate closely with the group’s procurement and relevant product homes concerning the DEFINITION OF SOURCING STRATEGIES. The REGIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN needs to be built up, considering both, cost advantages and the high quality standards, defined by the group. Part of this crucial work is the search for and evaluation of suppliers as well as the negotiation of agreements and frame contracts.

Addressed are persistent HANDS-ON PROFESSIONALS, who have a passion and expertise for sourcing technical components, but also major leadership qualities, eager to develop a motivated and competent procurement team, which will be working closely on guarantying high quality on time performance. COMPLETED TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL TRAINING either on university level or solid practical experience, as well as a thorough knowledge of IT tools (f.e. MS, SAP) are prerequisites. Grasping both, procurement tool kits as well as the c-Parts management is also crucial for the ideal fulfilment of the task.
