Our customer is a globally leading supplier of plants, equipment and services. Part of the INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY GROUP is the global procurement department, which is now looking to expand the team with an experienced Subcontracting Manager (m/f) for the CEE region. While based in Levice, the position asks for GLOBAL STRATEGIES and activities.

This demanding and strategic role includes the responsibility for DEFINING and implementing innovative PROCUREMENT PROCESSES in the respective regions as well as supporting pilot procurement projects with the local teams and experts. Moreover DEVELOPING NEW SUPPLIERS and promoting them throughout the global procurement is also part of the task, as well as increasing the overall SHARES IN CEE. By using the experience and knowledge gained in the market and with suppliers so far, the Subcontracting Manager CEE (m/f) will contribute to NEW STANDARDS in global procurement and develop its region to a higher level.

We are looking for a subcontracting expert with highly developed MANAGEMENT SKILLS and a broad EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION (machining, welding, surface treatment) and a strong technical background (a bachelor degree in a technical subject is a minimum requirement). Being versatile and having gained knowledge in technical demands, COST ESTIMATION of parts and QUALITY CONTROL is a must for this position. A deep understanding of the CEE market is crucial for sucessfully taking over the role, as is experience with different SUPPLIERS and having a standing network to rely on. Being TARGET-ORIENTED, self-driven and having a strong sense for improvement is necessary, as are fluent English-skills and the WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL.
