Co-Managing Director / Eastern Slovakia

Our customer is a globally leading supplier of plants, equipment and services. For their Slovak successfully growing production site in Eastern Slovakia we are seeking a Co-Managing Director, who will together with the current Managing Director manage and further develop the Slovak subsidiary.

In this role you will define strategies in all areas of the organization and transfer these into the annual budget, and will lead and develop activities in the areas of project management, engineering and finance. You will align local activities with the companies of international divisions and report to the headquarters in Europe.

Our customer would like to welcome on board a candidate with proven track record in managing an industrial entity preferably in machinery industry. You have preferably technical University degree, fluent English, and minimum 10 years of working experience from international industrial organisation (production/technical/engineering field). You are expert in project management or engineering and has solid base of financial processes knowledge in industry. If you are able to take initiative, be loyal, responsible, mediative and in addition a strong team player, we will be glad to have your curriculum vitae.
