Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Provide full support to our Air France VIP customers
• Provide information about loyalty programs
• Work for Air France, Delta Airlines and KLM customers
• Provide full customer support and assist passengers navigating on the airline’s website
• Create and/or modify flight tickets using expert airline systems
• Suggest optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures
• Work with special airline applications
