BlueLink International CZ is an international customer service centre belonging to Air France Group. We are providing assistance line in the field of luggage claims, loyalty programs, booking of flight tickets and other customer services to airline and hotel chain clients.
Currently we are looking for new colleagues for the position:

CRM Advisor in Airline Business – Cargo Product – German Speakers

What are you going to do?
• Providing full support to our customers – Air France, Martinair and KLM Cargo clients through tracking calls, handling booking emails – European countries
• Checking cargo orders and approving them
• Answering questions from external agends regarding import, export, bookings, tracing of cargo and providing general information. Depending on the product that they would like to transport you will search for a suitable flight in line with the cargo instructions.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary school student
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

What do we require?
• Native or fluent German speaker with a proficient level of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Professionality, personal responsibility, accuracy and organizational skills
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office)
• Prior customer service experience is an advantage
