Expert of Mould Conception and Injection Process

Expanding of our plant created a new vacancy of Expert in the field of plastic injection processes and injection moulds who will ensure quality of new and stable injection moulds of our company via personal meeting, communicating with people involved in process of production and function of injection moulds – on 2 sides: producer – our plant.

Main activities are:
- Ensuring correct function of injection moulds – the new moulds arriving from the producer to 2 plants in Nitra and Dolný Kubín; the stable moulds which needs modification; place of work is Slovakia and abroad.
- Ensuring of functioning of new mould according to requirements, specific demands to reach required quality of products.
- Personal contact with producers of injection moulds, sister companies to which new moulds are coming in Slovakia and abroad.
- Cooperation with designers, project team, quality team, production plant
- Completing of new injection moulds, modification of moulds according to requirements
- Propositions of construction changes and changes on moulds for improvement of technical functioning of moulds, unloading robots and other components
- Approving of changes and implementation of new moulds into production
- Preparation of forms according to SMED standards
- Preparation of tests of new moulds
- Active participation on testing of moulds
- Starting up of production and automation of injection machines
- Analysis of failures, problems of injection moulds, proposals of the failures and problems removal, solutions
- Implementation, check and monitoring of SMED system
- Processing of documentation dealing with technical changes, use of MS Word, MS Excel
- Regular travel in Slovakia and abroad, we expect 3-4 days a week.
