Job description, responsibilities and duties
Programming, setting and manufacture of medium/big products materials such as steel, stainless steel and Duplex on Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc of Fagor CNC machines
Perform in-process and final checks
Making measurements, before and after processing, creating quality specification cards
All works according to technical drawings
Job requirements:
Min. 3 years proven experience in CNC systems and with large work parts min. 5 meter
Good knowledge of modern production
High level of accuracy
Experience with large work pieces/parts
Knowledge Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc or Fagor CNC programs
Independent and able to work systematically
Experienced in reading technical drawings
Language knowledge: English, German, (Dutch) on a communicative level
Experience in the steel processing industry is an advantage
