Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- administrative work at the new Mogilev plant
- organisation of business trips, arrangement of accommodation, arrangement of flight tickets nad other services
- preparation of meetings, preparation of documentation, minutes from meetings, translations
- maintaining, preparation and distribution of regular reports
- records, management and evaluation of assigned tasks
- monitoring of backlogs of assigned tasks
- preparation of documentation for monthly closing

- at least two years of experience in a similar position in a production company

- WORK PERFORMANCE LOCATION: MOGILEV, BELARUS - relocation necessary!
- training in existing chemical plants (Ostrava (Czech Republic) and Poland)
- Employment start date of September 2014 - Production at the plant will begin at the end of 2015
