Petroleum Products Trading and Logistics Operations Specialist (F/M)

The position’s responsibilities include:

• Overall management and execution of Oil product trade contracts and deals, including but not limited to: set-up of documentary instructions, shipping orders, execution of transportation/logistics contracts, preparation of instructions to forwarders/shippers/suppliers and handling and management of shipping documents, insurance, credits.
• First point of contact for all internal communication and co-operation regarding the ongoing deliveries such as shipping, insurances, invoicing, credit etc.;
• Management and keeping in good order all documents, contracts, licenses, certificates of all transport means owned by Organization, operated or chartered on its behalf or for its clients;
• Managing relationships and communication with Clients and internal departments to ensure efficiency of operations activities.
• Dealing with an ad hoc requests related to operations activities generated by Trading Department or Logistics Department.
