Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• manage & coordinate production employees by running the process in order to reach expectations in terms of quality, quantity & costs and by trying to continuously improve the process
• manage the operations in order to satisfy the customer’s request in terms of quality, on time delivery and quantity
• make proposals to improve the installations and machines maintenance;
• validate that all possible risks are manage before the implementation of any process change
• establish parameters for proper operation of the production processes within the plant
• observe overall production flow, makes analysis and take corrective actions
• perform calculations to analyse and evaluate performance of equipment and systems
• develop the daily Production Plan in concert with Sales forecast
• perform recording and activities at SAP module
• ensure for department activities at scope of certified system according ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 and 14001:2005
