Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the role:
Delivery of an effective reporting suite to the target audience

ERP reporting on a regular basis
Downloading and compiling data from various systems
Applying formula logic and transferring data to information
Compilation of regular management reports and their distribution
Compilation and analysis of sourcing data on periodic basis and as required
Supporting procurement teams with business data analytics
Evaluation of data in purpose to clean up the data in ERP systems
Collection and compilation of active suppliers’ data and evaluation
Ensure report accuracy
Regular communication with internal and external customers
Participating in continuous improvement of reporting and supporting processes
Back up for Sourcing analyst
Maintaining of projects in internal tracker tool
Ensure prompt delivery of all reports and other project deliverables agreed upon with the clients
Effective service delivery and sourcing activities

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Minimum 2 years of workplace experience
