Job description, responsibilities and duties

Part-time job - 20 hours/ week
As Facility Manager working at our client site
Responsible for the whole building operation
Oversees all building systems including HVAC, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, programmed security system, and AV systems
Communication with customers and suppliers
Office management tasks included
Ensure all contractual obligations are met to the client satisfaction and in compliance with SLA
Develop and maintain positive close business relationships with clients and relevant contractors and suppliers
Budgeting, scheduling, financial management

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Construction, administration, facility, finance

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Proficiency (C2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Number of years of experience

2

Personality requirements and skills

Minimally 2 years of experience from Facility management field
People management skills
Knowledge of budget preparation
Experience of managing contracts & invoicing
Experience with WO management system and CMMS preffered
MS Office
