Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Provide support for the Operation Leads CBRE of the country, where we provide service and the administrative support for the client
Process, Approve & Close purchase and work orders on a daily basis
Update data collection of all our suppliers on our internal Sharepoint system or any company Legacy software
Answer email queries related to OPS Leads Activities
Provide reports generated in Maximo system or any company Legacy software as requested
Provide report of activities done individually to the team leader on a monthly basis
Attend team meetings on a periodic basis for goal planning and compliance to account processes and requirements
Answer daily calls from client, process them, make an order and set up to the correct vendor
Provide assistance to the team leader for any team activities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Dutch - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Active knowledge of English, Dutch language on intermediate level
A college degree preferably with any business-related course
Preferably with specialized training in MS Office, Oracle and/or Supply Chain Management studies
No experience required but working knowledge and related experience to SCM activities would be preferred
