Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Provide support for the global operations teams on timely work order and planned maintenance creation, work order and planned maintenance completion and updating of assets & users in the CMMS platform
Create, update & close work orders and planned maintenance schedules on a daily basis
Update users in the Maximo system or any CBRE Legacy software on a daily basis
Process and create requests for addition of assets to the CMMS platform on a daily basis
Update assets as requested by operations
Answer email queries related to CMMS Activities
Provide Maximo system or any CBRE Legacy software -generated reports as requested
Provide report of activities done individually to the team leader on a monthly basis
Attend team meetings on a periodic basis for goal planning and compliance to account processes and requirements
Where required schedule a work order to internal labor or a subcontractor on behalf of operations..
Provide assistance to the team leader for any team activities
Observe and adhere to the following:
CBRE Integrity
Health & Safety Policy
Other CBRE Policy related to work

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary without school-leaving examination
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

German - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

A college degree preferably with any business-related course
Advanced knowledge of German and English language is a must
Preferably with specialized training in MS Office, Oracle and/or Supply Chain Management studies
No experience required but working knowledge and related experience to SCM activities would be preferred
