Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the role:
CBRE has the responsibility to provide a service to maintain a global space, occupancy and reporting platform on behalf of an international client. The platform is used by different levels and functions across the organization to support effective space management and ultimately cost saving. The main service levels are to ensure accuracy and quality of the data stored in the system; the provision of monthly reports which are used to chargeback space occupied by the business; and to support the business processes to ensure requests for change and information flow is efficient.

Overall responsibility in making sure the team is running smoothly and ensuring key performance indicators are at the expected levels
Managing and delivering timely and accurate updates and reports
Overall responsibility for the delivery of service to the client
Scheduling and delegation of work/tasks for the team
Communications related to the platform, service and processes. These could be general updates or changes to each area
Delivery of presentations and reports related to the service. These will mostly be focused at client and management
Scheduling of training with the software platform
Point of escalation for all issues related to the quality of data, service and non-compliance to the agreed process
Ensuring the team is engaged for delivery, motivated and has clear career objectives

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Swedish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Fluent in English and Swedish
Negotiation skills. There will be challenges from contractors, competitors and clients in some instances. Strict containment of agreed standards and processes is required by all
Strong prioritization and organization skills
Solid understanding of process and data management. It is not essential that the candidate has technical or actual responsibility of such solutions however it would be a benefit
A good understanding of the space management decision and operations process. A planning background will be of great benefit for the role
Standardization and consistency of service delivery
Practical experience of working in matrix organization (an account, client, central WorkPlace team, etc.) with a ONE Team approach
Be receptive about cultural differences and understand multi-cultural environment in business practices
Be able to effectively manage the complexity of working across multiple countries, functions, entities and cultures
