Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the role:
CBRE has the responsibility to provide a service to maintain a global space and occupancy on behalf of an international bank.
Overall responsibility to provide accurate & consolidated data to his superior, accent is to understand and respect rules/processes provided by client through responsible management roles.

Within the short term project, position is willing to be promoted or extended to junior Data manager or senior Data analyst.

• Maintain business/technical data supportive to new or innovated office premises; ensure accuracy of input by undertaking verification activities with other personnel.
• Ensure space standards and business rules are followed and policed.
• Provide consolidation and analysis using standardized tools to support contract deliverables.
• Work to meet project commitments related to time constraints on deliverables and quality expectations.
• Requirements related to the role such as switch between admin and analytical activities; participate on periodical internal meetings with data prepared for formal review.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in use of software especially MS Office applications.

Beneficial skills:
• Previous knowledge of any space management platforms preferred (Manhattan, Archibus, Tririga, Planon, etc.)
• Business English on advanced level, other foreign language
• Studies or over 1 year’s demonstrable experience in branch or comparable business.
• Fleixbility in start-up date, keep attention and high level of motivation in short term project.
