Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

FM budget owner:
Propagating and handling AC’s for FM area
Cooperation with Regional package owner
FM projects:
Leading and coordination of local FM projects.
Moving work places/ Seating projection
Sublease management
Parking management
Event support
Liaise with agencies, organizations, and groups:
Public authorities, landlord and maintenance of rented office, architect, furniture suppliers, etc.
Dealing with all required tasks related to office space in term of security - Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/OH&S), alarm system

• Experience with facility management, administrative work and administrative support to Director / Management Level
• 2-3 years of experience in international environment

• Negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Fluent in English
