Job description, responsibilities and duties

ROLE PURPOSE In this role you will work with senior managers and sponsors to initiate and lead projects supporting the transition, mobilization and integration of facilities services and real estate operations. You will be accountable for the transition success, completion of all transition milestones and act as the primary point of contact for the client. As Transition Lead you will lead steering meetings, manage hand-off to account teams, lead the kick-off and assist with the stabilization.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver contents were necessary and attend internal and external meetings in support of the transition, mobilization, integration and stabilization.
Develop the transition project budget & management of the transition budget actuals.
Lead and direct the CBRE transition team made of subject matter experts nominated from the business operations and functions.
Deliver the account transition, on time and within budget for the account Operations team.
Change Management Subject Matter Expert, with shared responsibility for developing and implementing a program of operational excellence reviews, and drive transformational change with the account leads as client relationships mature.
Presenting and filing project reports to client and internally to CBRE.
Manage time sheet allocation to projects.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Bachelor’s Degree/University Degree or equivalent recognized professional qualifications relevant to the role is required.
Excellent interpersonal and consensus management skills with ability to persuade and influence others. Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills, English and Slovak. Innovative, analytical and problem-solving qualities, with ability to multi-task in a high paced environment. Trained and experienced in project management, including program planning, business management process – experience in transition or mobilizing hard services for new facility a benefit.
Operational experience of business unit leadership; managing diverse virtual teams and driving commercial success.
Experience of working at a senior level in Real Estate / FM outsourcing or change management in multiple countries.
Understands the impact of cultural change.
