Job description, responsibilities and duties

Due to the expansion of our company in Czech Republic, we are seeking to recruit a person for our Property Management team. As a Property Manager you are responsible for the full operation of office, industrial or residential buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the complex property management of the managed building
• Communication with landlord and tenants
• Lease administration
• Supervising of suppliers, tendering process
• Budgeting and cost control for operating and capital expenditure
• Analysis of costs and annual reconciliation
• Monitoring of maintenance and repair plan
• Proposing of improvements to increase building value

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

We require:
• University degree in technical or economic field
• Previous experience in property management (or other real estate field)
• Client orientation, good communication skills, positive and proactive approach
• Very good knowledge of English is necessary
• Very good knowledge of MS office (Excel)
• Flexibility, reliability and ability to work under pressure and keeping deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
