Production Planner/Plánovač Výroby

• is responsible for smooth fulfillment of tasks given to planning team
• is responsible for assigning and utilizing material resources to customer's orders based on given priorities, considers and evaluates material and capacity availability and provides confirmations of orders to Sales Support, on the basis of customer’s orders entered into the system by Sales Support enters production orders for required types, quantities and terms into the system;
• checks the configuration and transfers customer orders between databases;
• closely cooperates with sourcing team to set up priorities for material securing;
• monitors the state of production orders and then informs Sales Support about the actual state of customer’s orders;
• works in program applications Microsoft Office and in MS Axapta;
• supervises completeness of documents and data for production orders placed;
• takes part in professional courses and trainings aimed at environmental management;
• in controlling the above-mentioned activities takes the fulfillment of tasks arising out from the company’s environmental policy into consideration;
• adheres to the rules and works in accordance with the goals set up in the area of environmental management;
