Job specification
- Maintain and develop existing key client relationships
- Identify, analyze and approach new clients (within defined segment)
- Develop, execute and periodically review complex account strategy for his client portfolio
- Credit monitoring and exposure management
- Prepare and present credit reviews and applications
- Prepare and negotiate offers and legal documents
- Achieve set income and return on equity targets
- Maximize client x-sell
- Minimize risk of credit downgrades and losses
Requirements
- University education
- Minimum 3 years commercial/corporate banking experience
- Excellent knowledge of commercial banking products and/or of a specific client segment (strategic importance for CS)
- Very good knowledge of English language – written and spoken, knowledge of German language is a big advantage
- Custom PC skills (MS Office)
- Team player able to develop and utilize wide contact network
- Superior communications and presentation skills
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Solid business analysis skills – asks “to-the-point” questions, develops thorough understanding of the client’s business and its needs
- Able to identify business opportunities
- Self-starter, result oriented
- Enthusiasm and highly pro-client oriented approach

After successful migration of loan data into the new system the loan process need to be operated by originating and administrating loan facilities addressing the client, investor and the bank’s objectives.
